Ideal holiday location, within ten minutes walk of the beautiful, surf washed sandy beach. The central village setting is convenient for the character thatched inn serving good food, with further pubs and restaurants, tea rooms and post office stores nearby. Horse riding, indoor pool with flumes etc are available locally, with the superb golf links course at Saunton just a short drive away. Delightful walks on National Trust coastline can be enjoyed from the village.

Accommodation is very comfortably furnished, well equipped, and benefits from double glazing and thermostatically controlled electric panel heating throughout. Four bedrooms - triple aspect master room with 'super king size' double bed (6'x6'6"), fitted double wardrobes and distant sea views; dual aspect twin bedded; further double and twin bedded, both with fitted wardrobes. (Z-bed also available). Fitted bathroom/wc with wall heater and sloping ceiling. First class, ground floor fully tiled shower room/wc. Spacious and very attractive triple aspect living room with 'living flame' gas fire in feature stone fireplace, satellite TV (basic Sky package), DVD, small CD/radio - and open plan access to separate dining room with French windows to garden. Fully fitted kitchen with oak units, electric cooker with extractor and microwave. Utility room with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Small study with colour TV, table and chairs, games and shelving - ideal as a children's den. Small garden porch for coats and boots. Attractive entrance hall with solid wood flooring and storage cupboard. Fourteen steps up from gravel driveway to front door but alternative approach ramp to side gate and rear garden. The spacious (approx a third of an acre) fully enclosed, most attractive, south facing garden to the rear offers seclusion and privacy, ideal for sunbathing, and includes patio, large decked area with dining furniture for 8 and sun loungers, garden table with bench seats, barbecue, exterior lighting, shrubs and flower beds, a raised rockery and level grassed area for ball games. Outdoor cold shower, ideal for returning from the beach. Driveway parking for 2 or 3 cars and further hard standing for one car outside of gates.
