A well maintained traditional detached bungalow with expansive level lawn and mature gardens located just a short stroll from the village centre and beach. Set in the heart of this popular coastal resort, a short walk from the village centre with a good range of shops, tea rooms and pubs, Hillview is within walking distance of Croyde's lovely sandy beach and a short drive from Woolacombe, Putsborough and Saunton. The bungalow boasts an expansive level lawn, mature garden and patio area situated at the rear. As well as offering a good degree of privacy, there is plenty of space for children to run around in safety. The living room is perfect for families and the electric fire makes it cosy and comfortable on cooler evenings at any time of year. There are three bedrooms, two of which have ensuite shower rooms with the third remaining bedroom served by a separate bathroom. Attractively furnished, it is maintained to a high standard and makes an excellent choice for families at any time of year.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room, TV with freesat, DVD, video, stereo and electric fire. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with Double, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Regret no pets. Private parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Garden furniture. Short breaks available. Arrival/Departure for weekly bookings is Saturday.
