There is a family bathroom, and an additional ground floor basin and WC. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a dining area with doors to the shared gardens. The sitting room is up stairs, and has an open fire and some lovely views. Outside is off road parking for two cars and shared use of the lawned areas and terrace. Bowness is just a mile from Helm Lune, which is a wonderful holiday spot for a relaxing break.
