Goen is accessed via 7 steps into the attractive and enclosed front garden and patio and the spacious entrance hallway into Goen with wooden flooring leads to 3 bedrooms all located on the ground floor. To one side of the hallway there are two bedrooms, one 5ft double with en suite shower room and WC along with an additional twin with French windows that open onto the patio, en-suite shower room and WC. On the other side of the hallway there is one twin bedroom which can be made into a super-king on request. A separate bathroom on the ground floor offers a separate shower cubicle, bath with handheld shower and WC.

The carpeted staircase leads to the spacious first floor where the open plan style living offers a lounge with ample seating and wood-burning stove. The dining area looks out across the valley beyond and also provides French windows onto the sheltered balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and rural views. Adjacent to the living area is a well equipped and modern fitted kitchen with range cooker, providing all the necessary equipment to cater for large families or groups.

One further bedroom is located down a corridor leading from the kitchen and offers a spacious kingsize bedroom (5ft) with en-suite shower room and WC.

To the front of the property, the private garden with hot tub and garden seating make this area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Goen provides one parking space close to the property with additional parking on site.
