This grade II listed building - a pretty stone and slate structure – is situated on the owner's working farm on the edge of the village of Mickleton. This property was once the gardener's cottage though the property has undergone a tasteful and imaginative conversion since. The cottage now provides very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with a number of character features such as sloping ceilings and exposed timber beams. There is also and open-plan living area which incorporates a kitchen, dining table and sitting area which also has an electric coal effect fire. Surrounded by spectacular Teesdale countryside, this charming little building is well-positioned to offer visitors the very best of what the region has to offer.

Highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Pretty shared sitting area to front of cottage with garden furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Private brown trout fly fishing on farm. Shops 1 mile, pubs 10 mins walk. Note: This property is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.
