With outstanding views over Croyde Bay and out towards Baggy point and Lundy Island this modern detached home is in an enviable location with sea views from almost every room. With a backdrop of green fields and approached by a narrow leafy lane, it is just a few minutes' walk from the road leading to the centre of the village and golden sandy beach. The stylishly presented spacious open plan living room with kitchen and dining area is complemented by wooden flooring throughout, and a French door leads out onto the fabulous decked terrace, perfect for dining al fresco or watching the spectacular sunsets. The double bedroom leads from the living area and has dual aspect windows to take full advantage of the sea views. A small inner hallway leads to the attractive twin bedroom and separate modern bathroom. With three fantastic beaches to choose from nearby and great coastal and country walks within easy reach, Distant Point is a great choice for a memorable stay in this beautiful area.

Accommodation: Steps up to Ground floor: Open plan Living room / kitchen / dining room with TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath with shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric Heating. No smoking. 1 Pet welcome. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. BBQ. Patio Furniture. Parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
