Derow provides light and airy wheelchair accessible accommodation which had been furnished to a high standard. The property forms part of eight architecturally designed eco properties based within The Eco Village. Each eco lodge is detached and uses sustainable, natural materials and timbers along with solar panels to provide excellent insulation whilst taking care of the planet.

Derow is arranged on one level and wheelchair friendly access is provided from the parking area via a gently sloping ramp.  On entering the property, the doorway leads straight into a light and spacious lounge/ kitchen/ diner with electric living flame fire, flat screen TV and glazed door which opens onto the decking area outside. The dining area sits adjacent to the well equipped modern kitchen and the open plan design makes Derow perfect for families and group gatherings.

The property provides two bedrooms which are accessed from the lounge area. One double bedroom with a glazed door to the rear decking, en-suite wet room with WC, wheelchair friendly facilities and has access by day from the living area. The wet room also supports the twin bedroom which is located on the far side of the lounge area.

To the rear of the property is a good size sheltered decking area which is open with garden furniture. Derow provides one parking space directly adjacent to property with additional parking on site.
