Outside, there is off road parking for one car and, across the farmyard, an enclosed garden with lawn and trees. Coxes Farm Cottage offers access to Exeter and the beaches of South Devon.

Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The garden is across the former farmyard from the cottage.
