It is ideal for those wishing to be in a central location for the seaside resorts, whilst enjoying a village location. The expansive sandy beach is accessible locally by a one-mile drive. Woodlands Leisure Park in the village has a clubhouse and swimming pool, which are open to non-residents and there are further facilities available in Mundesley, two miles, and Cromer, four miles away.

Church Meadow Cottage is a spacious, brick and flint detached house just over 500 yards from the coast, with sea views from the rear bedroom. It has an attractively furnished and well-equipped interior which provides a home-from-home atmosphere. Shop: 2 miles Pub (Clubhouse): 500 yards.
