Chandlers Court is the ideal place to relax or have an action packed holiday. It is set on the edge of the Taw Estuary with lovely views of the ever-changing tide from the living room, balcony and main bedroom. Situated on the first floor, it is decorated in soft neutral tones to a high standard. A stylish and relaxed open plan living room is complemented by the spacious beech kitchen at one end, comfy sofas and oak French doors opening out onto the balcony at the other, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views across the bay. There are two attractive bedrooms and a separate modern bathroom. You are within strolling distance of Instow's wonderful sandy beach and a good selection of pubs and restaurants specialising in locally caught seafood, plus a village store and small art gallery featuring local artists. The Tarka Trail runs literally from the doorstep, a great way to explore this beautiful area and for surfers the fabulous waves of Westward Ho! are just a five minute drive away.

Accommodation: Stairs to First floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining room with TV with Freeview DVD and stereo. Kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with Double and TV / DVD with Freeview. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. No Smoking. Regret no pets. Allocated parking for 1 car plus additional guest parking when available. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
