In an open plan design this stylish modern apartment features comfy leather sofas and oak kitchen with dining area. Large patio doors lead out onto balcony, where you can capture the lovely views across Ilfracombe and out to sea. Along the hallway are two attractive bedrooms with a large separate shower room with sandstone tiles. Under floor heating makes the apartment cosy and a perfect retreat for holidays at any time of year. A seven day North Devon "Rover" parking permit is provided by the owner, ideal for exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Accommodation: Lift access from car parking area to Second floor: Hall. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV with satellite Freeview, video, DVD and stereo. Kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer in separate cupboard. Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Single. Shower room with double shower, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas under floor heating. Wi-Fi Broadband. Regret no pets. No smoking. Payphone. Balcony furniture. Seven day North Devon Rover parking permit (includes Landmark Theatre car park opposite) No short breaks. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
