The Captain's House is a beautiful period property capturing views towards Capstone Hill, Hillsborough and the sea beyond. With spacious accommodation, tastefully presented in a mix of period and modern furnishings, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends. A stylish living room complete with wood burning stove, together with a separate dining room and well fitted modern kitchen provide ample living space and the separate children's playroom is a real bonus. Three attractive bedrooms, all with natural wood flooring are on the first floor and two further bedrooms on the second floor, all served by two modern family bathrooms. The rear garden is in tiered levels, accessed by some steep steps in parts whilst the front terrace is a wonderful spot to watch the sunsets. Ilfracombe has a wide variety of attractions including the Tunnels Beaches and famous Landmark Theatre. Boat trips can be taken from the pretty harbour where you will also find a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Dining room. Kitchen with electric range oven, multiple gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, 'American style' fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Living room with TV with Freeview, DVD and wood burning stove. Play room with TV with Freeview, DVD and stereo. Half landing: Bathroom with bath and mixer handset over bath, WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Super King, zip 'n' link option to twin on request. Bedroom 2 with King. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath and mixer handset over bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin. Second floor: Bedroom 4 with King. Bedroom 5 with Twin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband available on request. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. Garden furniture. BBQ. 2 private parking spaces plus additional roadside parking. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
