Comfortably furnished, with a multi fuel stove in the Cornish stone fireplace in the spacious sitting room, this property offers far reaching countryside views from the private patio to both Bodmin Moor and distant Dartmoor. Outside, the property offers shared access to a lovely lawned area overlooking the paddock and meadow – ideal for summer ball games, picnics and alfresco dining. This charming little cottage is also well placed for Looe, Fowey and many more coastal villages, allowing visitors to stay within the heart of this wonderful vibrant region.
