Burycroft Farm House is a classic Cotswold house set on the edge of a small farm. Built in the middle of the 19th Century it is in one of the most attractive locations possible, at the brow of a hill overlooking the Windrush Valley, but within a mile of the local market town. The large south-facing garden overlooks the fields which run down to the River Windrush. This is an old fashioned house with beams, Aga and similar touches plus spacious rooms making it ideal for families. Welcoming and traditional this is a classic Cotswold farmhouse.ACCOMMODATIONTraditional Kitchen, fully equipped with AGA (no other cooker please note!) dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, microwave, table and chairs, plus french doors to garden and terrace area. Dining table with 6 chairs.Dining Room with table and chairs for eight, with large open fire. Living Room with a variety of chairs and sofas, with wood burning stove, huge flatscreen TV and DVD player, stereo systemUtility Room with washing machine and ideal for housing dirty boots and walking gear!Cloakroom with WC and washbasinUpstairsBedroom One with standard double bed, wardrobe and fabulous viewsBedroom Two with two single beds (shown as double), wardrobe and views.Family Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasinBedroom Three double aspect with King Size bed and Ensuite Shower, WC and washbasin.Study, with desk and chair plus sofa bed*.
