Nearby Braunton Burrows and the famous Tarka Trail is heaven for walkers or cyclists. Surfers and beach lovers can enjoy Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe or Putsborough all within easy reach. With soft neutral tones complemented by contemporary touches throughout, your comfort is assured in this welcoming home from home. The cosy living room with dining area is light and bright and the spacious modern kitchen opens onto a private, fully enclosed rear garden with small pond, covered for the safety of children. Two attractive bedrooms lead from the hallway, the master double benefits from a French door out into the garden and both are served by a modern family bathroom. Burrows Retreat sits in a quiet residential area enjoying some rural views, with the many delights of this beautiful area on your doorstep, and your well behaved pet is welcome too!

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living /dining room with TV with Freeview, DVD, video and CD player. Kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and IPod dock. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin which converts to a Super king on request. Bathroom with bath with shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Garden furniture. BBQ. Selection of books, games, DVDs and videos. Parking for one car on driveway plus roadside parking. No smoking. 1 Pet welcome. Short breaks may be permitted in low season only, please ring to enquire. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
