Situated amidst beautiful countryside, Gresham and Lower Gresham are truly unspoilt rural villages with many lovely walks along lanes, tracks and through woodland. It is just three miles from the seaside town of Sheringham, with Holt and Cromer two miles further. Places to visit in the area include Felbrigg Hall, which is just one mile away. For ornithologists, the bird reserves at Cley, Blakeney and Scolt Head are within easy driving distance. There is a pub, shop and petrol station a few miles away.

This brick and flint cottage is quietly situated adjoining the owner's home. It has been sympathetically restored to a high standard, is all on one level and enjoys a tranquil setting overlooking the garden and is close to the village pond. Shop: 2.5 miles Pub: 1.5 miles

Bedroom with a double bed and En-Suite Shower Room with shower, washbasin and wc
Laundry Room in garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Garden: Fully enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: For one car.
Heating: Free-standing heaters included May-Sept. night storage heaters and free-standing heaters are £20 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Pets: One small well-behaved dog welcome.
Also Provided: Towels. Books, games and CDs. The owners can also occasionally offer a dog-sitting service.
Notes: No babies/children accepted as the property is not suitable.
