Bramleys is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac just a stone's throw from the centre of the village and within only a short walk of the stunning beach, local walks and coastal path. This modern detached home is ideal for families, with a large fully enclosed rear lawn and patio to enjoy those long leisurely summer days and evenings. The modern sitting room features comfy leather sofas and the spacious modern dining kitchen has patio doors out into the garden. The three attractive bedrooms are all served by a modern family bathroom and separate cloakroom. Croyde's pretty collection of thatched cottages, good selection of pubs, restaurants and popular ice cream parlour provide a picture postcard setting for a fabulous holiday.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living room with TV with Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Tumble dryer situated in the porch. Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath and basin. Separate WC.

Facilities and Services: Bed linen only. Electric panel and NS heaters. Wi-Fi. Regret no pets. No smoking. Garden furniture. Parking on the drive for 2 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
