The property, which is attached to the owners' stunning period home, is newly refurbished and presented in a very attactive style with good proportioned rooms. The accommodation is all on one level and furnished beautifully with great attention given to comfort and homeliness. The cottage is within seconds of Bourton's main attractions, the infamous bridges and river plus the wide choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants. A thoroughly enchanting holiday cottage suitable for a short break or long getaway and ideal for recharging the batteries.ACCOMMODATION (all on one level)Entrance through to main living space.Living Room with two sofas, electric 'flame effect' fire, TV with Freeview and DVD.Kitchen / Diner with breakfast bar, electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, washer / dryer and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a separate dining table with two chairs.Bedroom, a large vaulted room and very comfortable; with King size (5ft) double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with Ensuite Bathroom including a bath, large power shower over, WC and washbasin.OutsideThe property overlooks and has use of an enclosed gravelled area with a table and chairs. This is south facing and a real sun trap. The area is shared with the owners, although they rarely use this except for access instead using their own private gardens which are separate and walled away! Babes in arms welcome. Cot and High Chair supplied. Sorry No Pets. (Please note that the owner has two dogs and hence would prefer not to take other dogs) Wifi included and available.
