Beenbane Lower is a large detached house which sits in a small hamlet just outside the coastal resort town of Waterville in County Kerry. The cottage sleeps eight people in four beautifully decorated bedrooms (two twins and two doubles with ensuite facilities) as well as a large family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The downstairs of the cottage comprises an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, a dining area in the sun room and sitting area for 6 people with an open fire. To the outside is a lawned garden surrounding the cottage with furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off road parking. Beenbane Lower benefits from being close to the amenities of the town, but is just far enough outside to relish the peace and tranquillity of the County Kerry countryside.

Oil underfloor central heating with open fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV with Satellite channels, DVD. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. From May - September electricity charged at €6 per day with additional supplement of €10 a day if central heating required, payable to owner. From October - April, electricity and fuel supplement of €18 a day payable to owner. Bed linen and towels inc.
