In an open plan style, the light and bright living room with comfy leather seating has full width patio doors opening onto a sunny terrace, an ideal spot to relax and admire the wonderful views over the National Trust headland and Woolacombe bay. The well equipped kitchen/dining area features cream units complemented by beech work surfaces and towards the rear of the apartment one step down leads to the stylishly presented double bedroom and separate pristine white bathroom with slate tiled floor. An added bonus is the good sized walk-in storage cupboard suitable for coats and walking boots, and a private outside storage space ideal for wet suits and surf boards. For couples seeking somewhere special to return to after a busy day exploring this beautiful area of North Devon, Bayvista is a great choice.

Kitchen / dining room with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, compact condenser dryer housed in the walk-in cupboard. Living room with TV with Freeview, DVD and stereo. Bedroom with King. Bathroom with bath, with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Patio furniture. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. 1 allocated parking space. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
