Outside the property is a private patio and shared use of the owner's grounds, as well as off road parking for one car. With Dartmoor on the doorstep, Barn Cottage is a great holiday base.

Private patio with furniture at front of cottage plus shared use of owner's garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.
