This charming 200 year old detached stone built cottage is set on a working farm just 2 miles from Ballysadare village and 3 miles from the bustling town of Sligo. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated with a brick-clad open fire, which adds to the character of the cottage. The orchard provides a tranquil area to relax in and there are lovely walks in the area. Within a twenty minute drive is Strandhill, noted for golf and surfing, whilst Sligo town has a variety of shops, pubs, restuaruants with traditional music and a host of festivals all year round.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1½ miles. Beach 6 miles. GF: lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room, double with single, bathroom with ensuite bathroom (shower over bath).Electricity by meter read Sep - Jun, storage heaters, open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, travel cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, freeview, hairdryer, welcome pack, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, locked shed available for storage, private off road parking.
