This delightful cottages is three miles from Killaloe and Ballina village situated in the middle of a sheep and forestry farm at the foothills of the Arra Mountains. Nearby Lough Derg is renowned for fishing, sailing and watersport activities with many pubs and restaurants serving delicious food. The cottage has a rustic feel and stands in its own wild natural setting. The open plan living area has Liscannor flag floors and comfortable furnishings. The stairs are quite narrow so unsuitable for younge children. There is free Wi-Fi internet access. Close to the M7 it is the perfect base for explore the counties of Clare, Limerick and Tipperary .Shop. Pub. Restaurant 2 miles. Beach 62 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, w.c.
