A beautifully appointed, newly built detached house set within its own grounds in the delightful village of Aghabullogue, only 17 miles (approx 30 minutes' drive) from Cork City. Centrally located for touring Blarney Castle, Cobh and Foto Wildlife Park, Kinsale, the wonderful beaches of West Cork and Killarney. The area is renowned for its coarse fishing, water sports and many golf courses. The property is spacious and inviting with a luxury kitchen and tasteful décor throughout. There is also a shop and pub with pool room and local live music within 400 yards. This is an excellent base for touring Cork and Kerry. Shop. Pub 400 yards. Beach 30 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, dining room, utility room, reception room, w.c. FF: 2 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room, single, triple, bathroom with shower over bath. Electricity and oil central heating included, linen and towels included, fully tuned piano, TV, dvd player, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, fully enclosed garden, garden furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
