The properties are a few miles from the 2 charming villages of Bradworthy and Kilkhampton both offering pubs shops Post Office and church. The properties are perfectly positioned to enjoy the North Devon and Cornwall coast which is famed for its spectacular scenery. There are many sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore as well as sandy surfing beaches the closest beach is 4 miles away. Hartland Abbey Tapeley Park and Rosemoor are all within a short drive with spectacular houses and gardens to wander. Lots to see and do in the area including walking shooting watersports and fishing at the nearby Tamar Lakes the lakes are 10 minutes walk away where you ll find paths to allow for lake side circuit walks. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Location: beach 4 miles shop and pub 2 miles. Regret no smoking within the property. Arrival: 3pm. The detached barn is approached via a sweeping driveway and has been designed decorated and furnished to a high standard to offering stylish contemporary living with the accommodation offering SIX bedrooms: upstairs 1 double 1 twin and 1 family room with 4 single beds and en-suite shower room with WC. On the ground floor 1 twin with patio doors opening out onto a private courtyard area and en-suite bathroom: with bath shower WC and under floor heating and 2 further double rooms both having an en-suite shower room with WC. Bathroom: upstairs with freestanding slipper bath shower and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open- plan with wooden and slate flooring throughout the ground floor wall mounted TV/DVD a central raised woodburner (logs included) and doors leading out to patio with access to hot tub. Kitchen area well-equipped with dishwasher range style cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: exclusive use of hot tub. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Games facilities: exclusive use of games room with pool table and table tennis. Amenities: Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs by arrangement.
