It is an ideal escape for those who wish to enjoy and explore the surrounding countryside. Situated on the Devon/Cornwall border and within a 20 minute drive you can visit the beaches at Bude or explore the wild beauty of Dartmoor with its wonderful scenery offering superb walking and wonderful views. The market towns of Holsworthy Launceston and Okehampton are all within an easy driving distance. Roadford Lake is 5 miles away and offers fishing walking and sailing activities. You can enjoy a meal at the nearby hotel/restaurant or a drink at the local village pub. Play facilities: small wooden play fort nest swing and sand pit. The accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: on the first floor 1 king-size with dressing area en-suite shower room and WC 1 double 2 twins and 1 single. On the ground floor 1 further single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the first floor. Shower room: with WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with TV/DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included) and French doors opening onto the garden. Snug: with games and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with oil-fired Rayburn electric hob and oven combi microwave dishwasher American style fridge/freezer and dining table with seating for ten. Utility room: in the adjoining garage is a washing machine tumble dryer freezer and boiler/boot room to store your muddy boots. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn area partially sloping with drop to patio with garden furniture. Separate lawn area with summer house with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
