Furnished and equipped to a high specification this property provides a luxurious and stylish holiday retreat. Situated a few minutes drive from the popular seaside resort of Bude with its sandy beach shops pubs restaurants Splashpool and sea pool. An ideal base for touring all of North Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes close by including Crackington Haven Boscastle and Tintagel where there are shops pubs and King Arthur s legendary isle. The dramatic Atlantic Heritage Coastline is a haven for bird watchers and walkers alike and there are a wealth of popular beaches great surf rock pools and sheltered coves. Port Isaac Padstow Hartland Clovelly Dartmoor Bodmin Moor and The Eden Project are all an easy day trip. Many local family pubs are within either a short drive a stroll down the nearby canal path or for the more energetic a bike ride via the Bude Cycle Path. The stylish accommodation is adjoining the owners property where a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured and offers SIX bedrooms all having TVs: upstairs 1 super king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath separate large power shower and deluge shower twin basins and WC 1 twin and 1 twin with zip-and-link beds which can be made into a super king-size on request these 2 rooms share a separate shower room upstairs with power shower and WC. 1 further king-size with separate seating area with double sofa bed (suitable for children under 12) and en-suite with power shower and body jets and WC. On the ground floor 1 king-size with en-suite wet room with remotely operated power shower and WC and 1 single which can be presented as a twin upon prior request (both beds are full size singles) with cabin bed (1 step up) and pull-out trundle bed underneath. Shower room: 1 further shower room with power shower and WC downstairs. Lounge: spacious with 50 TV/DVD and Sky package with Sky Sports stone fireplace with woodburner (first basket logs/fuel included). Kitchen/diner: impressive and well-equipped with granite work surfaces and island unit 2 electric fan ovens 5 burner gas hob microwave/convector oven warming drawer large fridge/freezer with water filter and ice maker dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer large flatscreen TV and seating for 14. Separate games room: with large flatscreen TV Freeview Wii and pool table. Outside: large split level patio area with garden furniture BBQ and hot tub (at a charge of 100 which is already included in the weekly accommodation cost). Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating underfloor central heating downstairs and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: 250 security deposit payable to owners prior to arrival for unreasonable damage returnable post departure subject to inspection ( 500 deposit for New Year bookings payable to owner prior to arrival). Location: pub and restaurant within 0.5 mile beach shops selection of pubs and restaurants all within 2 miles. Arrival: 3:30pm.
