Situated a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Wembury the properties are perfectly positioned for offering the best of both worlds. With fantastic coastal walks from Wembury Beach along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge you ll see an array of wildlife and spectacular sea views. Wembury Marine Centre is a great place to learn about the wildlife in the area and offers rockpool rambles. Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats sail by. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby including National Trust properties Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. Sun room: with flatscreen TV electric fire and french doors to front garden/patio/driveway. Children s play room with a selection of toys. Dining room/entrance hall. Kitchen: farmhouse style with breakfast area fully equipped with electric range cooker fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer leading to the downstairs shower room. Outside: large enclosed garden with valley views patio area and garden furniture. A very small stream runs through the garden. Amenities: 2 dogs by arrangement (not to be left in the property unattended). Additional info: a security deposit of 250 applies and is payable direct to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday.
