Bude hosts a wide variety of shops pubs and restaurants making it the perfect place to pick up that cherished memento of your stay. Close by are some of Cornwall s most precious spots including Tintagel famed for its connection to the myth and legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table Padstow and Boscastle to name but a few. Situated a minutes drive to the Atlantic Highway means that it is also the perfect spot for exploring the whole of this unique county. Leisure facilities: small sunken 4 metre diameter pool. Lounge/kitchen/diner: huge open-plan living area the attraction of this property at the heart of which is the woodburner and ample seating on leather sofas. This is the perfect area for entertaining extending to the outdoors through south facing patio doors. A separate TV lounge with more sofas has a large flatscreen TV with SkyTV and DVD Wii connection and iPod dock through the music system. Well-equipped kitchen area offering range cooker with gas hob and extractor hood American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: step down onto wooden deck with sunken pool BBQ dining area and sun loungers perfect for warm summer days. The spacious garden is bordered by the river Neet as it meanders past. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and heating included downstairs has underfloor heating whilst upstairs bedrooms are on thermostats. Wi-Fi available.
