This superb property is only a short walk to many amenities including the popular surfing beach championship golf course tennis courts shops pubs and restaurants. Perfect for touring North Devon the market town of Bideford is a 5 minute drive and is home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions well worth a visit include Clovelly with its cobbled street The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor Gardens and much more. Walkers will be spoilt with some of Devon s best cliff-top walks from the village as well as Northam Burrows which is a haven for wildlife. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 2 double rooms with sea views shower washbasin and WC 1 double with 3 steps down to dressing/nursery area and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin all on the first floor. 1 twin in the pretty attic room on the second floor with en-suite shower room with WC. Bathroom: on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC with hand basin downstairs. Lounge: large room with bay windows sea views open fire flatscreen TV/DVD and glazed folding doors that can be used to divide this area into 2 snug lounges. Dining room: large room with bay windows sea views and woodburner. Kitchen/breakfast-room: spacious and well-appointed with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge freezer microwave and conservatory roof making the area light and airy. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed decked area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 3 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach pubs and shops all within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
