Walkers will enjoy the many coastal paths and the immediate area locally known for its seven bays for seven days. The beautiful Porthcothan Bay is just a short distance as is the long sandy surfing beach at Watergate Bay. Enjoy a real culinary experience at either Jamie Oliver s Fifteen restaurant or Rick Steins Padstow. There is so much to see and do in the area with attractions to suit all tastes which include Newquay Sealife Aquarium Tate Gallery at St Ives The Eden Project Flambards Theme Park and much more. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving food. The stylish accommodation offers reverse level accommodation and FIVE bedrooms all with TV s: situated on the ground floor: 2 double rooms both with en-suite shower rooms with WC s. 1 double and 1 bunk bedded room. Bathroom: family style with freestanding bath bath separate shower cubicle and WC. Also on the ground floor is utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Situated upstairs: 1 zip and link twin (can be made into a double room upon request) with wall mounted flatscreen TV. Sep WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with wooden and slate flooring feature fireplace with woodburner french doors & juliette balcony large flatscreen TV /DVD and Wi-fi connection. Kitchen: with dishwasher fridge freezer electric oven & hob and many useful extras. Outside: ample room around the property with sectioned off lawn area with play equipment seating and BBQ. Larged raised decking area at the front of the property with seating. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electricity central heating and Wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 3 miles nearest pub The Cornish Arms (Rick Stein s pub) and shop approx 2.5 miles in St Merryn. Arrival: 4pm.
