You will be close to the Devon/Cornwall border perfect for visiting both picturesque counties and exploring all they have to offer. There is so much to see and do in the area with a choice of golden beaches the South West Coast Path and unspoilt coves. Enjoy nearby Bude with its Splashpool canal shops pubs and restaurants the historical village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets visitors centre teas rooms and shops. Other attractions include The Milky Way The Big Sheep Hartland Abbey Arlington Court Tapeley Park Rosemoor Gardens and The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Play facilities: children s swings. This modern well-equipped house offers FIVE bedrooms: situated upstairs and approached via steep stairs with fixed stairgate at the top master bedroom with king-size bed flatscreen TV walk in wardrobe and luxurious en-suite shower room with WC 2 further doubles with flatscreen TV and 1 twin. 1 single situated downstairs. Bathroom: situated upstairs with free standing bath large separate shower and WC. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with TV DVD hi-fi with iPod dock woodburner and french doors leading out to the garden. Second lounge with TV and french doors. Kitchen/diner: with TV electric range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Sunroom: overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. Utility room: with washing machine and sink. Outside: enclosed garden area with swings seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
