Being almost on the North Devon/North Cornwall border you will be ideally placed for touring the whole area with much to see and do. Enjoy nearby Bude with its Splashpool canal shops pubs and restaurants picturesque Clovelly with its cobbled streets The Milky Way Launceston Steam Railway and Tintagel with its Arthurian legends. There is also a choice of lovely sandy beaches as well as sheltered unspoilt coves to enjoy. Relax in the garden or visit a choice of village pubs serving food. This modern house is spacious and furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers FIVE bedrooms: situated upstairs 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC 1 further double 1 twin and 1 single.
