A level walk will take you to a range of amenities in the village centre including popular shops restaurants and pubs which are family friendly. There is direct pedestrian access to the adjacent Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests enjoy free social membership during their stay as well as use of the bar and restaurant. There are some lovely walks across Northam Burrows with access to National Trust Clifftop walks. The market town of Bideford is a 10 minute drive and offers high street shops pannier and open air market it is also home to The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. A good base for enjoying North Devon s many attractions which include The Big Sheep Clovelly with its steep cobbled street The Milky Way Tapeley Park and Watermouth Castle. In the evenings relax and enjoy a dip in the hot tub with a glass of wine and enjoy the views. The accommodation is arranged upside down to enjoy the views and offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles both with TV s en-suite shower rooms and WC. 1 twin and 1 bunk. Bathroom: with bath shower over and WC. Second lounge/garden room with TV. Upstairs offers an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner well-equipped with flatscreen TV Freeview DVD cooker fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with raised decked area with hot tub and seating. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking in property. Location: beach shops and pubs all within walking distance.
