Wellswood has coffee shops boutiques restaurants and a convenience store all within a leisurely stroll. In addition a 5 minute walk will take you to Anstey s Cove whilst Meadfoot Beach is 10 minutes away. You will be ideally placed for exploring the English Riviera and sampling all that this beautiful area has to offer including Torquay Marina and harbour Living Coasts; Torquay s award-winning coastal zoo and Cafe Mambo with panoramic views of the harbour serving food by day and turning into a vibrant bar and music venue by night. Further afield within driving distance are Brixham a small fishing town Exeter with its shopping centre and Dartmouth. The house is arranged over three floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: on the first floor 1 single room and 1 twin room with PlayStation games console. On the second floor 1 king-size with sea views flatscreen TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 king-size with flatscreen TV/DVD. Bathroom: situated on the first floor bath with shower over and WC. Downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: benefits from high ceilings with finely crafted covings and an opulent Italian marble fireplace with gas fire and complete with large wall mounted TV DVD. Kitchen: with integrated appliances including cooker gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. The living areas are all situated on the ground floor. Outside: enclosed terrace and lawn area with garden furniture and BBQ so you can dine alfresco. Amenities: parking behind electric gates for up to 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no dogs. Location: beach pub and shop walking distance. Arrival: 5pm. Departure: 12pm midday.
