You will be a comfortable drive to the delightful resorts of Lyme Regis Seaton Sidmouth and Exmouth. Stunning scenery and lovely villages of Dartmoor Exmoor and The Blackdown Hills are within easy reach as are several National Trust properties. Above another property with its own private entrance the accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC 1 king-size with en-suite with shower over bath and WC. 2 twin bedrooms 1 having a TV and video and 1 with small pool table and a selection of games. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD Freeview hi-fi leather sofas floor-to-ceiling windows (to take full advantage of the countryside views) cooker microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: semi enclosed garden area with garden furniture stunning countryside views and shared area with children s play equipment. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen electric and central heating included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome with excellent scope to take long walks. Property has its own private water supply. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 7 miles shops 4 miles and pubs 3 miles.
