The traditional fishing village of Mevagissey is less than 5 miles away and offers a true taste of Cornish life with its beach fishing trips traditional pubs and restaurants as well as direct access onto spectacular cliff-top walks. Attractions in the area include numerous National Trust properties and gardens The Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project Tall Ships at Charlestown and much more. Porthluney Cove at Caerhays is the nearest beach but there is plenty of choice among the many fine beaches of the Roseland peninsula. The regional city of Truro is worth a visit and has a range of shops and leisure facilities. On site enjoy strolling the country lanes relax on the sun deck or enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin. Ground floor offers 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: situated on the first floor with bath and WC and further ground floor bathroom offering shower over bath and WC. Lounge: situated on the first floor a large feature lounge with TV DVD BluRay player woodburner and patio doors to garden. Kitchen/diner: on the ground floor farmhouse style and well-equipped with TV range cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room: adjacent to the kitchen/diner with washing machine tumble dryer and separate WC. Outside: large garden which is ideal for football fruit orchard and patio. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and wi-fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 4 miles pubs and shops 1 mile.
