PERFECT RETREAT FOR COUNTRY LIVING Set within 200 acres of grazing land on the edge of Palacerigg Country Park this beautiful detached house is the perfect retreat to enjoy country living. The house is spread over two levels and the spacious interior is bright tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The house is in the grounds of a British Horse Society Riding School and there are excellent hacking facilities for the novice or more experienced rider. The country park is on the doorstep and is home to a diverse variety of wildlife including badgers roe deer hawks and owls. Glasgow is 15 minutes away and Edinburgh 40 minutes. Cumbernauld (2 miles) has excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool cinema shops hotels and pubs. The accommodation offer FOUR bedrooms: 1 super king-size with en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit 2 double bedrooms 1 zip-and-link twin (which can be super king-size upon request). Bathroom: with separate shower. Separate WC on ground floor. Lounge: TV and DVD player. Kitchen/diner: with patio doors to the sun terrace electric oven fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large garden with patio terrace and garden furniture. Amenities: bed linen towels electric and gas included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Wi-fi available. Location: shops and pubs 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
