SET WITHIN 10 ACRES OF THE BEAUTIFUL DEVON COUNTRYSIDE Situated off a quiet country lane in a beautiful part of the Devon countryside this detached cottage is set in 10 acres and makes a perfect retreat for those who wish to enjoy the peace and seclusion of the surrounding countryside. You will be a comfortable drive to the delightful resorts of Lyme Regis Seaton Sidmouth and Exmouth as well as attractions to suit all tastes. Thomas Hardy s Dorset and the Jurassic coast between Lyme Regis and Charmouth is also a short drive. The historic county town of Taunton is 11 miles offering many attractions such as theatres cinemas restaurants and shopping centres. Honiton is 8 miles away and is a mecca for antique hunters with a wide range of shops restaurants pubs and a sports centre. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles and 2 singles. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with oil-fired Rayburn (heats the radiators) electric cooker microwave dishwasher hi-fi and TV with DVD. Utility room: with fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and shower room with WC off. Outside: large garden area with seating and BBQ where children and dogs can wander freely. Amenities: Parking for 2 cars. Bed linen electric oil and logs included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: Shops 5 miles pub 2 miles and beach 14 miles.
