The small sandy coves of Sandymouth Duckpool and Welcombe Mouth are all within a 15 minutes drive with Widemouth Bay and Westward Ho! beaches within easy reach. The village of Bradworthy is 1 mile away with a traditional pub serving food and ales as well as village stores Post Office butchers and a garage. Tamar Lakes which are close by offer a variety of watersports along with fishing and scenic walks. The property makes a great base for touring the area with the picturesque villages of Clovelly Appledore and Instow and attractions including Hartland Abbey and Hartland Quay RHS Rosemoor and the Tarka Trail as well as fun filled days out such as The Big Sheep and Milky Way. After a day exploring you will look forward to returning to your holiday home where you can relax in the garden and enjoy the countryside views. Alternatively wander down to the lakes and enjoy some peace and quiet whilst indulging in a spot of fishing.
