Kitchen/diner: down 4 steps this impressive room has tiled flooring and quality kitchen units with island unit with granite work surfaces large electric range oven induction hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and dining area with ample seating for 8 and large wall mounted TV. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer with plenty of space for boots and coats.
