The surrounding area is a walker s paradise positioned perfectly for hiking the coastal paths and exploring the dramatic cliff-tops. Centrally positioned for many beaches with the closest being the sandy tidal beach of Tregardock which is 0.5 miles away and can be reached easily over a couple of fields but beware as it is downhill on the way but a steep walk back up. The property is set 1.5 miles away from the small village of Delabole which hosts a couple of pubs and a few small shops along with all year attractions such as The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant at Rock all within easy reach. This fabulous accommodation has just been completely renovated and decorated within a tasteful and stylish fashion yet much care and attention has been taken to restore all of the original features. Offering FOUR bedrooms: upstairs is the master double with wonderful sea views TV and en-suite shower room with WC there is also 1 twin and 1 single bedroom on the same level. On the ground floor is a further double with adjacent wetroom WC and storage cupboard. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC located upstairs. Lounge: with sea views TV DVD hi-fi and woodburner. Dining room: separate and also benefits from sea views. Kitchen: well-equipped with Range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave washer/dryer and many handy extras. Outside: leading out from the kitchen behind the property is a decked area with seating and large lawn area this spot takes advantage of the wonderful views and is ideal for summer BBQs. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric wi-fi central heating and logs included. Regret no smoking in the property. Regret no dogs. Location: beach walking distance shop and pub 1.5 mile in Delabole. Arrival: 3pm.
