For leisurely days why not enjoy the paddock that is available for guests to stroll in or try your hand at trout fishing in one of the two lakes within walking distance (lessons and rod hire are available on request). The spacious reverse level accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 3 on the ground floor 1 king-size with en-suite shower over bath and WC 1 large twin bedroom with single bed and countryside views and 1 further double room. 1 twin bedroom upstairs. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: on the first floor with comfortable sofas TV video DVD and feature fireplace. Kitchen/diner: large and situated upstairs with wooden dining table and chairs electric cooker with ceramic hob microwave dishwasher fridge and freezer. Utility room: situated on the ground floor with washing machine tumble dryer work top and sink which is ideal when coming back from the beach. Outside: large balcony off the kitchen with table chairs and elevated far-reaching countryside views. Large private lawn garden with wooden furniture and countryside views together with covered seating area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included.
