Stroll the working farm and see the cows sheep trained sheepdogs at work ducks hens ponies and newly born baby lambs in the spring. Close to Exmoor the famous Tarka Trail (cycling and walking) and the beautiful coastline with lovely sandy beaches at Woolacombe Saunton and Croyde which are ideal for surfing and the pretty bays/beaches at Combe Martin and Ilfracombe which are ideal for rock pooling. Other attractions include golf courses horse riding swimming fishing National Trust Arlington Court the market town of Barnstaple and local country pubs and various restaurants to your taste. Our local shop/Post Office is within walking distance. Play facilities: swings and playhouse in the walled gardens. The accommodation has charm and character with slate floors wood panels and exposed beams and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with four poster bed 1 double with coronet 1 bunk and 1 with 3 singles. Bathroom: with bath and WC. Separate shower room. Separate WC. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped farmhouse style with original slate flooring and beams with electric cooker hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer microwave and table to seat 9. Lounge: with TV DVD video radio and woodburner (first basket of logs free). Outside: pretty walled country gardens with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
