Situated in a quiet and peaceful setting with picturesque views across open fields towards Holsworthy. With a fully-fenced fishing lake, there is an extremely attractive and abundant mixture of flora and fauna around the many fields which are well worth a stroll. The nearby cattle market town of Holsworthy offers a sports centre where you can enjoy a swim in the indoor heated pool, visit the weekly cattle and pannier market or enjoy a game of golf, go fishing, riding or just take a leisurely country stroll. Enjoy the Holsworthy cycle route which has now opened. The dramatic North Cornish coastline, surfing beaches and seaside attractions at Bude are only a short drive and the rugged scenery of Dartmoor, Exmoor or Bodmin Moor are within easy distance. There are numerous tourist attractions in the area such as The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal, The Tamar Otter Park, King Arthur's Tintagel and National Trust properties are just a selection. Lounge: with flat screen TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with dishwasher, microwave and radio. Utility room: with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden and patio with BBQ. Should guests wish to share their holiday with friends, Shepherds Rest (SHEPH) is found just across from Lamerton Barn. Short breaks are available in both properties.
