A short 10 minute drive to the pretty port town of Bideford and the golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! makes this property an ideal family holiday retreat. Many attractions nearby which are worth a visit include hiring cycles or walking on the Tarka Trail visit Dartington Crystal and watch glass being blown or place a bet on the sheep racing at the farm park known as The Big Sheep. Plenty to see and do for all ages and tastes. The well-designed and stylish accommodation is an idyllic hideaway and offers FOUR bedrooms: all on the ground floor 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC which overlooks a small private courtyard 1 further double and 1 twin. 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. The living areas are situated on the first floor. Lounge: offers a blend of exposed beams wooden floors and a high vaulted ceiling together with quality furnishings 42 plasma TV with DVD and delightful homely touches. Feature stone fireplace with open fire (logs supplied) and central heating makes it ideal for a cosy autumn/winter break. Kitchen/diner: well-fitted and equipped with dishwasher cooker fridge freezer microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: two sunny courtyards and at the rear of the property is a walled garden incorporating a large lawn area with pretty country views ideal for children s ball games etc. Garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating logs and Wi-Fi included. Towels available to hire. 1 dog welcome 2 by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach shops and pubs all a 10 minute drive.
