Ideally situated yards from the famous Tarka Trail great for cycling or walking and taking in the glorious countryside or coastline of Devon. Also at this point you can hire bikes for all ages for half or full day trips. A river side bar & bistro and Bideford s leading hotel are also a short stroll. This charming accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with river views and en-suite shower and WC 1 twin and 1 small single and a further twin located on the ground floor. Bathroom: upstairs with shower over bath. Lounge: this spacious room benefits from a woodburner effect gas fire flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: offering oven and hob fridge freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: enjoys a lovely south facing enclosed garden/patio ideal for fishing over the wall at high tide feeding the ducks on the river BBQ or topping up the tan and above all relaxing. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car 50 metres away further roadside parking nearby. Bed linen towels electric wi-fi and central heating included. 1 dog welcome.
