The village is over a mile away with a pub a Chinese restaurant/takeaway and a store/Post Office. Visit Fairhaven Woodland and Water Gardens the owner has free family membership for 2 adults and children between 5 -16 years or try the electric boat on Ranworth Broad exploring the nature reserves. Acle is a 10 minute drive with shops boat hire pubs restaurants traditional butchers and Thursday is market day. Take a train ride to Great Yarmouth with safe sandy beaches and end of pier entertainment or Norwich with theatres cathedrals museums cinemas and shopping malls. Wroxham the capital of the Broads is nearby for shopping or hiring a day boat to cruise the miles of magical waterways a haven for anglers and with charming villages historic churches extensive nature reserves and riverside pubs. Wroxham Barns has craft stalls small animal farm and play area. The quieter beach at Winterton on Sea can be reached within 15 minutes. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: accessed via steep stairs 1 twin through to 1 double. A further flight of steep stairs to 1 double with en-suite shower room. Bathroom: bath with shower over.
