With views across the pond and gardens where ducks roam freely in the cider orchard. Tastefully restored with many original features yet combining a contemporary interior. A perfect base to explore all that Dorset has to offer. The village offers a pub church and village store offering fresh local produce and an award winning café. Further afield there are countless picturesque villages Shaftesbury Gillingham and Salisbury. A haven for keen walkers and cyclists. Other attractions include National Trust properties and historic gardens arts food and literary festivals. Historic Sherborne is just a short drive. The stylish accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bath with shower over and WC 1 king-size with en- suite shower room and WC (one of these rooms could be made into a twin on specific request) and 1 twin with en-suite shower room and WC. Separate WC. Lounge/ kitchen/diner: open plan with wooden floors and exposed beams woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD. Kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob microwave dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside: to the front of the barn is an enclosed traditional stone walled courtyard with lawn garden furniture and BBQ. Raised beds with an open aspect onto the adjacent and exclusive large private flower meadow area for exclusive use. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Location: beach at Weymouth 26 miles shop and pub all within 1 mile.
