Stroll to the tranquil lake with bench to relax and enjoy this wonderful peaceful spot. Surrounded by rolling countryside ideally placed for touring the whole area. A few miles from the A30 you can be in Cornwall within 15 minutes. The lovely long sandy beaches on the north coast are a short drive as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include numerous National Trust properties and gardens Launceston Steam Railway Morwellham Quay and Roadford Reservoir which is a 20 minute walk and offers boating fishing kayaking windsurfing and more. In the evenings the area has many popular family pubs or you can relax on the suntrap patio. Leisure facilities: enclosed outdoor solar heated swimming pool with seating. Games room: with dart board and football table. The spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 2 twins. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD Freeview and open fire (first basket of logs free). Kitchen: has a slate floor and is well-equipped with cooker Aga washing machine fridge dishwasher and microwave freezer in the garage. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ.
